And it is important that you shouldn't feel impatient or disappointed because it is certain that you will continually make progress in your latihan, and will eventually achieve a higher and more perfect experience. The important thing is to be patient, for regardless of where your latihan is at the moment, it will make progress. But this progress is based on patience. Patience is the foundation of that progress. Patience and diligence.

Don't restrain your movements in any way. Whatever movement comes, just follow it, because the movement is a cleansing of the traces of old nafsu which is still within you. That is the meaning of movement.

So that is your latihan, and Bapak has seen that there has been a lot of progress in your latihan. However, it's not possible for Bapak to explain that progress to you one by one because there are so many of you. Therefore, it's enough that God knows each one of you and where each one of you is. There may come a time when you want to tell Bapak what you have experienced. When that time comes Bapak will be prepared to hear from you and to answer you. Please understand this and pay attention to it.

Your latihan was good but it wasn't free enough yet. It's as if you lack courage. Don't forget you're facing God, not Bapak. Therefore you should be free in your latihan. Completely free. Have the courage to be free. It's finished now, but when you do latihan again on the 29th night, try to be really free. Free and have courage. Have the courage to let go.

A little advice: Brothers, in the end, everything depends on courage. The Prophet Abraham received a boundless grace from Almighty God because of his great courage. Therefore, have courage in facing the greatness of the Power of Almighty God, Who is All-Embracing and Boundless and All-Powerful. If you truly have courage, and patience, acceptance, and submission, then with God's Grace, you will achieve in the end that which you hope for.

Brothers and sisters, a little more: This latihan kejiwaan of Subud is truly the Grace of Almighty God. Therefore, do not be afraid of the One Who is guiding you, the One Who is teaching you, the One Who is training you in the latihan. For that One is the Power of Almighty God. This is the meaning of courage. Do not be afraid of the One Whom you face in the latihan. But your courage must be based on patience, acceptance, and submission.
